六君子汤对功能性消化不良的治疗效果研究

Clinical observation on treating functional dyspepsia with the Liujunzi decoction

目的:观察研究临床应用六君子汤对功能性消化不良患者实施治疗后的临床效果。方法:择取我院在近期内接诊的93例功能性消化不良患者,按照患者治疗内容的不同将患者进行分组,其中A组46例患者接受西医莫沙必力治疗、B组47例患者接受中药香砂六君子汤治疗,并就A组患者及B组患者治疗后的临床效果进行比对。结果:经过治疗后,B组患者的临床治疗有效率为91.49%,明显高于A组患者的67.39%(P<0.05)。结论:临床对功能性消化不良患者实施中药香砂六君子汤治疗后的临床疗效是十分理想的,适合在各医院进行推广应用。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Liujunzi decoction on functional dyspepsia. Methods： 93 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the group A was given Mosapride; another was given the Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction. Results： Efficacy in the group B was 91.49%, higher than 67.39% in the group A （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction shows good effects on functional dyspepsia, and is worthy of promotion.
