磁疗法配合鲑降钙素治疗腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效

Clinical observation on treating vertebral compression fractures by magnetic therapy plus salmon calcitonin

目的:探讨磁疗法配合鲑降钙素治疗腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取我院骨科门诊2013年4月-2014年2月收治的腰椎压缩性骨折患者100例,均采用磁疗法配合鲑降钙素治疗,并对其疗效进行观察和分析。结果:接受磁疗法配合鲑降钙素治疗的100例患者治疗15d,89例痊愈,11例好转,有效率为100%。因此采用磁疗法配合鲑降钙素治疗腰椎压缩性骨折,疗效显著,患者安全有效、易推广,与手术相比,避免了由于手术带来的风险及并发症,减轻患者的痛苦和负担,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of magnetic therapy plus salmon calcitonin on vertebral compression fractures. Methods： 100 patients were given magnetic therapy plus salmon calcitonin, and clinical effects were observed and analyzed. Results： After 15 days of treatment, in 100 patients, 89 cases were cured, 11 cases were improved, the efficiency was 100%. Clinical efficacy of magnetic therapy plus salmon calcitonin was confirmed and safe. Compared with operation, magnetic therapy plus salmon calcitonin could avoid the risks and complications, reduce patient pain and burden, and were worthy of clinical application.
