中医药治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的研究进展

A review of treating hepatic fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B in TCM

肝纤维化是肝脏对损伤的愈合反应,是肝脏细胞外基质(Extracellular Matrix,ECM)的分泌和降解失去平衡,导致ECM可逆积累的结果。肝纤维化最终发展为肝硬化,甚至肝癌。积极有效的抗肝纤维化治疗能够延缓或阻止肝纤维化的进一步发展,甚至逆转肝纤维化,中医药治疗该病有着明显的优势。本文查阅并分析了近五年中医药治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床研究结果,从病因病机、单味药和复方制剂等方面来阐述归纳中医药治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的研究进展。

Hepatic fibrosis is the healing response to liver injury and the reversible accumulating result of ECM. Hepatic fibrosis could develop to hepatocirrhosis and even hematoma. Hepatic fibrosis could be prevented or reversed by antifibrotic therapy. TCM medicine showed obvious advantage on the disease. This paper reviewed and analyzed studies in recent 5 years. A review of treating hepatic fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B in TCM was introduced from pathogeny, single drug, compound preparation and so on.
