健康教育处方在治疗特发性耳鸣中的疗效观察

The curative effect observation of the health education prescription in the treatment of idiopathic tinnitus

目的:观察在应用常规药物治疗特发性耳鸣的同时,加用健康教育处方治疗的效果。方法:将患有特发性耳鸣的患者随机分为观察组43例和对照组39例,所有患者均应用常规药物治疗,观察组加用健康教育处方治疗。记录两组患者耳鸣治愈及改善程度,根据耳鸣疗效评定标准,评估并比较两组治疗后的效果。结果:观察组患者的耳鸣的治愈率、显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用健康教育处方治疗特发性耳鸣效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Idiopathic tinnitus in the application of conventional drug treatment at the same time with the health education prescription treatment. Methods： The patients with idiopathic tinnitus were randomly divided into observation group （43 cases） and control group （39 cases）, received conventional drug treatment in all the patients, The observation group was added with health education prescription treatment. Recording two groups patients with tinnitus cure and improvement degree. According to the tirmitus curative effect evaluation standard, evaluated and compare the effect of the two groups after treatment. Results： The observation group patients with tinnitus cure rate, marked effective rate and total effective rate were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The application of health education prescription treatment of idiopathic tinnitus effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
