丹红注射液对恢复期瘀血闭阻型中风的疗效研究

To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Danhong injection in treating blood stasis syndrome of stagnationof the recovery period closing stroke

目的：探讨丹红注射液治疗脑卒中恢复期瘀血闭阻证的临床治疗效果和安全性。方法：从我院自2013年5月～2014年5月问收治所有脑中风患者中抽选符合诊断标准的脑卒恢复期患者72例作为本次研究的对象，根据患者入院的顺序将其分成两个组，对照组患者36例，采用舒血宁注射液进行治疗，观察组患者36例采用丹红注射液进行治疗，以2周为1个疗程，观察两组患者在治疗第1周和第2周后患者的日常生活能力（简称BI）神经功能缺损（简称NIHSS），中医症候情况、治疗效果以及并发症和不良反应情况。结果：经过治疗之后两组患者的日常生活能力和神经功能缺损情况明显得到改善，治疗效果差异对比不具有统计学意思，P〉0．05，两组组患者的中医证候总有效率，安全性评分对比差异均不具有统计学意义，P〉0．05。结论：丹红注射液和舒血宁注射液均能使恢复期瘀血闭阻型中风患者得到能很好的恢复。

Objective： To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Danhong injection in treating blood stasis syndrome of stagnation of the recovery period closing stroke. Methods： in our hospital from May were from2013 -2014 year in May all stroke patients selected met the diagnostic criteria of stroke recovery period 72 patients as the research object, according to patients in the order of their split into two groups, 36 cases of patients with the control group, Shuxuening Injection in the treatment of Jining treatment, the observation group 36 patients were treated with Danhong injection treatment,for 2 weeks for 1 courses, two groups were observed after treatment for firstweeks and second weeks after the patient＇s ability of daily life （BI）, neuralfunction defect （NIHSS）, TCM syndrome condition, therapeutic effect andcomplications and adverse reaction. Results： after treatment after the daily life ability and the neural function defect in two groups of patients was obviously improved, comparing the differences between the treatment effect is notstatistically meaning is, P 〉 0.05, TCM Syndromes of two groups of patients with total efficiency, safety score compared the difference was not statistically significant, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion： Danhong injection and Shuxuening injectioncan make recovery in patients with stroke is congestion closed resistance typecan be a very good recovery.
