当归四逆汤、补阳还五汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗奥沙利铂所致周围神经病变的临床对比研究

Danggui Sini decoction and Buyang Huanwu decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in treating Clinical comparative study of Oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neuropathy

目的:比较当归四逆汤、补阳还五汤和黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗奥沙利铂(OXA)化疗所致周围神经病变(CIPN)的临床疗效。方法:选择含OXA化疗方案(FOLFOX方案)且出现CIPN症状的肿瘤病人90例,随机分为当归四逆汤组、补阳还五汤组和黄芪桂枝五物汤组各30例,给予相应中药治疗,观察症状、体征及CIPN分度变化。结果:当归四逆汤组较补阳还五汤组、黄芪桂枝五物汤组可显著提高奥沙利铂所致CIPN的治愈数(P<0.05),治疗后CIPN分度情况也明显好于其他两组。结论:当归四逆汤证与OXA所致CIPN的中医发病机制及治则治法方面较相吻合,其对临床症状的改善作用更为显著。

Objective： To compare the danggui Sini decoction and Buyang Huanwu decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction for treatment of Oxaliplatin （OXA） in chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy （CIPN） clinical efficacy. Methods： OXA-containing chemotherapy （FOLFOX program） and symptoms CIPN 90 cases of tumor patients were randomly divided into Danggui Sini decoction group, Buyang Huanwu decoction and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction groups, each of 30 cases, given the appropriate treatment, observe the change of symptoms, signs and CIPN degree. Results： Danggui Sini decoction group is ultimately to Buyang huanwu decoction, Huangqi Guihhi Wuwu decoction group can significantly increase number of cure into CIPN caused by oxaliplatin （P 〈 0.05）, after treatment CIPN degree is also much better than the other two groups. Conclusion： Danggui Sini decoction syndrome in TCM pathogenesis and therapeutic principle treatment is consistent with CIPN caused by OXA. its effect on the improvement of the clinical symptoms.
