滋肾降糖丸治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的疗效评价

Efficacy Assessment of Zishen Jiangtang Pill on Type Ⅱ Diabetes Complicated with Hypertension

目的:探讨滋肾降糖丸用于治疗2型糖尿病(Tye 2 diabetes melIitus,缩写为T2DM)合并高血压的临床疗效。方法:收集2013年1月-2014年6月,我校附属医院就诊的T2DM合并高血压患者96例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各48例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上加用滋肾降糖丸治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为91.7%,显著高于对照组的77.1%(P<0.05);治疗后两组的中医证候评分均获得显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的FBG、PBG、SBP、DBP、FINS、HOMA-IR及CRP水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾降糖丸辅助治疗T2DM合并高血压可有效调节血糖、血压及胰岛素抵抗,改善临床症状,提高临床疗效,不良反应少,值得推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the Zishen Jiangtang pill for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） complicated with hypertension clinical curative effect. Methods： from 2013 January to 2014 June, 96 patients with T2DM complicated with hypertension in our hospital for treatment of patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 48 cases. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment, the observation group based on the treatment with Zishen Jiangtang pill, compared the clinical effects of two groups. Results： the treatment the total effective rate of observation group was 91.7%, significantly higher than that in control group 77.1% （P〈0.05）; after the treatment of TCM syndrome score of two groups were obtained significantly reduced, and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）; the observation group after treatment FBG, PBG, SBP, DBP, FINS, HOMA-IR and CRP levels were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zishen Jiangtang pill in adjuvant therapy of T2DM combined with hypertension can effectively regulate ＇blood pressure and blood sugar and insulin resistance, improve the clinical symptoms, improve clinical curative effect, less adverse reactions, it is worthy of popularization and application.
