药师指导用药对患者依从性的影响

Effect of pharmacist medication guide on patients' compliance

目的:探讨药师指导用药对患者用药依从性的影响。方法:随机选取本院2010年6月-2013年6月268例惠者,就性别、年龄、职业、学历、收入、疾病种类、用药依从性、用药效果进行问卷调查。其中用药依从性主要从用药方案复杂性、药物副作用影响、药物服用方便性、患者自身重视程度等方面调查影响的因素。结果:268例患者中,依从性强的138例,依从性差的130例。依从性好和依从性差的患者在性别、年龄、职业、学历、收入、疾病种类方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。影响依从性的因素与缺乏用药指导有极大的关系。结论:加强药师对患者用药的指导,能够显著提高患者用药的依从性,患者用药的依从性显著影响治疗效果。

Objective： To investigate the effect of pharmacist medication guide for patients with medication compliance. Method： randomly selected in June June to 2013 2010 in our hospital 268 patients, conducted a questionnaire survey on gender, age, occupation, education, income, type of illness, medication compliance, drug effects. The compliance of medication regimen complexity, mainly from the influence of drug side effects of drugs~ taking convenience, the patient＇s own attention degree and other aspects the influence factors investigation. Results： of the 268 patients, 138 patients with good compliance, poor compliance in 130 cases. Good compliance and poor compliance of patients was not statistically significant in gender, age, occupation, education, income, type Of illness differences （P〉0.05）. There is a great relationship between influence factors and lack of compliance of medication guide. Conclusion： strengthening the pharmacist for patients with medication guide, can significantly improve the patients compliance with medication, in patients with medication compliance significantly affects the treatment result.
