牵引推拿并举治疗腰椎间盘突出症162例疗效观察

Traction tuina and the effect of treatment of 162 cases of lumbar disc prolapsed

目的:探讨牵引联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果。方法:选择我院2013年1月-2013年12月162例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为观察对象,随机将患者分为联合治疗组80例和单纯治疗组82例,两组均接受牵引治疗,在此基础上给予联合治疗组患者推拿,治疗4个疗程后比较临床疗效及症状改善程度。结果:联合治疗组总有效率为95.0%,显著高于单纯治疗组(76.8%),P<0.05;联合治疗组患者治疗后FIM评分显著高于单纯治疗组,P<0.05。结论:牵引推拿并举治疗腰椎间盘突出症,操作简便、疗效显著,具有安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective： Traction combine massage therapy clinical effect of lumbar disc prolapse. Method Choose our hospital between January 2013 and December 2013 patients, 162 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion as research object, joint patients randomly divided into treatment group （80 cases） and the simple treatment group （82 cases）,two groups were treated with traction, on the basis of the joint treatment group patients give the massage, the treatment of 4 compare the clinical effect and symptoms improved after treatment. Result Combined treatment group total effective rate was 95.0%, significantly higher than that of pure treatment group （76.8%）, P〈0.05; Combination group after treatment in patients with FIM score was significantly higher than that of pure treatment group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Traction tuina simultaneously, the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is simple, the curative effect is distinct, have security, worth clinical promotion.
