摘要
应用型本科院校的改革离不开知识的变革与创新。SECI模型在隐性知识共享的基础上可以有效地实现知识创新,为此以SECI模型为基础进行知识量表的调查分析,并结合教师知识的获取方式,分析应用型本科院校教师的知识共享现状,由此提出基于"场"概念的高校教师知识共享策略。
Reforms in application -oriented undergraduate colleges are closely related to changes and innovation of knowledge. SECI model effectively help realize knowledge innovation on the basis of implicit knowledge sharing. So this paper carries out the knowledge scale investigation and analysis based on the SECI model, and then combined with the way how teachers obtain knowledge, analyzes the knowledge sharing situation of teachers in applicationoriented teacheres are proposed based on " undergraduate colleges. Finally, knowledge sharing policies for college Chang" theory.
