The Study on the New Rural Cooperative Medical System of Lanzhou City

基于对兰州市新型农村合作医疗的实证分析,论证了新型农村合作医疗对于农村人口社会保障的积极作用,指出了新型农村合作医疗运行中存在的主要问题,提出了完善新型农村合作医疗制度的对策建议。

Based on the empirical analysis on the new rural cooperative medical system in Lanzhou city, the paper demonstrates that the new rural cooperative medical system has the positive effect on the rural social security. After showing main problems in the new rural cooperative medical system, the paper finally proposes some countermeasures to perfect new rural cooperative medical system.
