摘要
为探索油气藏上方的微生物分布,采集了苏北海安凹陷已知区块油气藏上方的地表土壤样品,并对甲烷氧化菌、丁烷氧化菌和烃氧化菌3种油气指示微生物进行了MPN法培养计数。指出了土壤样品采样的合理深度,并通过该区A、B两剖面上的油气指示菌数量的分布,结合化探指标,对剖面上微生物异常进行了解析。研究表明,3种油气指示微生物在油藏上方地表土壤中都有发育,与地下油气藏的分布有很好的响应关系,其中丁烷氧化菌是本区块比较理想的油气勘探指示微生物。
The surface soil samples above known reservoir in Haian Sag were collected,and three kinds of indicative microorganisms to oil and gas in the soil samples,including methane oxidizing bacteria,butane oxidizing bacteria and hydrocarbon oxidizing bacteria,were cultured and detected by MPN method for revealing the microorganism distribution above the oil reservoir.The reasonable depth for soil sampling is proposed.The indicative bacteria number distribution on profile A and profile B is obtained,and the microbial anomaly distribution on two profiles is analyzed through combining with geochemical prospecting indicators.The results show that three kinds of indicative microorganisms are developed in the surface soil above the hydrocarbon reservoir,and there is a good response relationship between abnormal microorganism distribution in the surface soil and underground reservoir,and the butane oxidizing bacteria is the ideal indicative microorganism for the exploration of oil and gas in this block.
