摘要
目的探讨连云港农村地区高血压人群血清的Apo B/Apo AⅠ比值的相关因素。方法采集1 038例(男384例,女654例)平均年龄为(56.1±8.4)岁的连云港农村地区高血压人群为研究对象;采用DIMENSION RXL-MAX全自动生化仪测量Apo B、Apo AⅠ、尿酸等生化项目。结果连云港农村地区高血压人群的Apo B/Apo AⅠ均值水平为0.74±0.13,男性(0.76±0.14)显著高于女性(0.73±0.13)(P<0.05);多元线性回归显示血尿酸、BMI与Apo B/Apo AⅠ比值的升高呈正相关。结论连云港农村地区高血压人群血尿酸和BMI的增加均与Apo B/Apo AⅠ比值升高显著相关。高尿酸和BMI的增加与Apo B/Apo AⅠ升高具有较强的聚集效应,研究这种多重危险因素聚集的现象将为高血压人群心血管疾病的防治提供更多重要线索。
ObjectiveTo investigate the associated factors of ApoB/ApoAⅠ ratio in Lianyungang hypertensive adults of rural areas.MethodsCollected 1 038 cases (384 cases of male, 654 cases of female), the average age was (56.1±8.4) years of Lianyungang hypertensive population in rural areas for the study; DIMENSIONRXL-MAX automatic biochemical analyzer was used to test the biochemical items including ApoB, ApoAⅠ and serum uric acid, and so on.ResultsAmong hypertensive patients in rural areas of Lianyungang city, the mean ApoB/ApoAⅠ ratio of total population was 0.74±0.13, male (0.76±0.14) was significantly higher than that in female (0.73±0.13),P〈0.05. In multiple linear regression analysis, serum uric acid, body mass index (BMI) were positively associative with the increased ApoB/ApoAⅠ ratio.ConclusionsOur study results show that serum uric acid and BMI were positively associated with the increased ApoB/ApoAⅠ ratio in Lianyungang rural hypertensive patients. High uric acid and increased BMI and ApoB/ApoAⅠ ratio raised with a strong aggregation effect, to study this phenomenon of multiple risk factors clustering will provide more important clues for cardiovascular disease prevention and control of hypertension crowd.
