冠状动脉旁路移植术应用桡动脉与大隐静脉桥血管术后肌钙蛋白Ⅰ变化的临床分析

摘要 目的讨论冠状动脉旁路移植术中应用桡动脉与大隐静脉桥血管术后肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)变化的临床变化与意义。方法分析2007年1月至2014年1月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院连续接受冠状动脉旁路移植术103例患者的临床资料,103例患者随机分为两组,大隐静脉组51例,男33例,女18例;年龄(55.1±6.3)岁;桡动脉组52例,男36例,女16例;年龄(56.3±8.3)岁;比较两组患者术后肌钙蛋白I变化、围手术期心脏事件。结果随访6个月~7年,桡动脉组1例患者死亡。大隐静脉组围手术期均存活。桡动脉组血清c Tn I术后6 h为(2.910±0.532)ng/ml,血清c Tn I术后12 h为(3.210±0.468)ng/ml。大隐静脉组血清c Tn I术后6 h为(3.011±0.411)ng/ml,术后12 h值为(3.143±0.677)ng/ml,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论冠状动脉旁路移植术后早期c Tn I水平均有不同程度的升高,但是应用桡动脉与大隐静脉桥血管术后c Tn I变化无统计学意义,两种术式不影响c Tn I对术后围手术期心脏事件的预测。
