黄芪注射液对重症急性胰腺炎大鼠外周血清氧化相关物质的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Huangqi Injection on Oxidative Relevant Materials of Peripheral Serum in Rats with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

摘要 目的探讨黄芪注射液对重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)大鼠外周血清氧化相关物质的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠100只,随机分为A、B、C、D、E组,每组20只,其中A、B、C、D组通过逆行胰胆管注射5%牛磺胆酸钠建立SAP大鼠模型,B、C、D组同时给予不同浓度的黄芪注射液,E组给予相同体积的生理盐水。检测5组血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(superioxide dismutase,SOD)、活性氧类物质(reactive oxygen species,ROS)活性和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量。结果 A组血清GSH-PX、SOD活性明显低于E组,ROS活性和MOD浓度明显高于E组(P<0.05);B、C、D组血清GSH-PX、SOD活性明显高于A组,ROS活性和MDA浓度低于A组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液能提高SAP大鼠外周血GSH-PX、SOD活性,降低ROS活性和MDA浓度。 Objective To study the effect of Huangqi injection on oxidative relevant materials of peripheral ser- um in rats with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods A total of 100 male SD rats were randomly divided into group A, B, C, D and E (n =20 for each group). SAP rat models were established by retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate through the pancreatic duct of rats in group A, B, C and D, and group B, C and D were injected with differ- ent concentrations of Huangqi injection, while group E was injected with same volume of physiological saline. The con- tents of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) , superoxide dismutase (SOD), reactive oxygen species (ROS) and malondi- aldehyde (MDA) were detected in the five groups. Results In group A, the activities of GSH-PX and SOD in blood se- rum were significantly lower than those in group E, while the ROS activity and MDA concentration were significantly high- er than those in group E ( P 〈 0.05 ). The activities of GSH-PX and SOD of blood serum in group B, C and D were sig- nificantly higher than those in group A; the ROS activity and the MDA concentration in group B, C and D were signifi- cantly lower than those in group A (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Huangqi injection may enhance the activities of GSH-PX and SOD of peripheral blood, and inhibit the ROS activity and the MDA concentration.
