叶酸、维生素B_(12)治疗对早期糖尿病肾病患者同型半胱氨酸水平的影响 被引量:5

Influence of Folic Acid and Vitamin B_(12) on Homocysteine Level of Patients with Early Diabetic Nephropathy

摘要 目的观察叶酸、维生素B12治疗对早期糖尿病肾病(diabetic neph-ropathy,DN)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平的影响。方法选择2013年8月—2014年8月于河北省老年病医院住院治疗的60例早期DN患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。两组均给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予叶酸及维生素B12治疗,连用15 d。观察两组治疗前后生化指标及尿白蛋白排泄率(urinary albumin excretion rate,UAER)、Hcy水平的变化。结果两组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),Hb A1c、Cr及BUN与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后Hcy、UAER水平均较治疗前下降,且低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论叶酸联合维生素B12治疗能够明显降低早期DN患者Hcy水平,对DN的防治有一定的作用。 Objective To observe the influence of Folic Acid and Vitamin B^2 on serum homocysteine (Hey) level of patients with early diabetic nephropathy ( DN). Methods Sixty patients with early DN admitted in Geriatric Hospital of Hebei Province during August 2013 and August 2014 were divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group ( n = 30). Conventional treatment was given for the two groups, and the treatment group was added with Folic Acid and Vitamin B~ for 15 d on the basis of conventional treatment. The changes of biochemical indicator, urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) and Hcy levels before and after the treatments in the two groups were observed. Results The levels of fasting plasma glucose (FPG) after the treatment in the two groups were decreased compared with those before the treatment (P 〈 O. 05 ) , while there were no significant differences in the levels of HbA1, Cr and BUN before and after the treatment in the two groups (P 〉 0. 05 ). In treatment group, the levels of Hey and UAER after the treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment in treatment and control groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Folie Acid combined with Vitamin B12 in treatment of patients with early DN can effectively reduce the Hcy level, which has a certain clinical significance in prevention and treatment of DN.
