Establishment of Pre-warning System of Food Safety for Military Contingency Tasks

以常见食品风险评估的基础数据和有关食品卫生监督制度规定为支撑,利用澳大利亚、新西兰风险管理标准AS/NZS4360:2004风险矩阵分析法构建的部队应急行动食品安全预警系统,在对部队在执行应急行动和野外驻训演习期间食品安全水平进行识别与评估过程中,可以帮助卫生监督人员掌握实时、整体食品安全水平,实现任务部队食品安全保障的全程、动态数字化监测,具有科学性监督和经济实用性。

Pre-warning system of food safety for military contingency tasks has been established based on the data of common food risk assessment and supervisory system of food hygiene using risk matrix analysis method of Australia and New Zealand AS/NZS4360：2004. It may help the sanitary supervision personnel for real-time control the whole level of food safety during identification and evaluation of food safety in contingency tasks and field training, and perform dynami- cally digitized monitoring of food safety during the whole military task, so it has scientific and practical advantages.
