摘要 主要是对我国民办高校人才培养目标定位品牌建设的现状进行分析,并从办学理念与办学宗旨、师资队伍教学目标、教育硬件设施、专业与课程四个方面提出和阐述我国民办高校实施人才培养目标定位品牌建设的策略。 In light of the brand building and the target of personnel training in the private- owned colleges,the paper elaborated the strategies to carry out the brand building and the target of personnel training in the private- owned colleges from the four aspects of educational philosophy and teaching aim,teaching target,education facilities,professional and curriculum construction.
