Teachers,especially young colleges teachers have not been given due attention in terms of their life condition and life quality. The paper analyzed the Life hardship faced by young teachers in colleges and universities and put forward some measures to solve the problem in order to promote the healthy growth of young teachers and guide young teachers to work hard for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and Chinese dream.
