摘要
市场经济的发展和国际化进程的加快亟需林业工程专业毕业生不断提高英语应用能力。以木材科学工程专业为例,分析目前我国林业工程学科大学英语教学在课程、学生、师资和考核方面的现状,并鉴于EGP与ESP二者相结合的理论现实依据,从课程设置、教法学法、师资队伍、考核形式四个方面提出了EGP与ESP相整合的教学设想。
With the development of market economy and the rapid progress of internalization,there is an urgent need for forestry engineering graduates to constantly improve their English capacities. The paper indicates the status quo of courses,students and faculty and based on the theory and reality of combining EGP( English for General Purposes) with ESP( English for Specific Purposes) proposes integrated teaching mode from such four aspects as curriculum development,staff,methods and assessment with a case study of wood science and engineering.
