生态学派观点视域中我国水资源污染问题探析

我国当前地表水国控断面总体为轻度污染,湖泊(水库)富营养化问题仍比较突出,海洋水质状况总体较好,近岸海域水质一般。我国水污染问题产生的原因是:工业化和城市化发展进程中盲目追求高速度;地方政府牺牲环境片面追求经济发展;工、农业生产、生活污水排放是我国水污染的主要来源;水资源保护意识淡薄。解决我国水污染问题的路径是:坚持走新型工业化和城镇化道路;加强地方政府的水环境保护意识;加大工、农业生产、生活领域水污染防治力度;提高全社会水资源保护意识。

The surface water is slightly polluted,but the lakes（ reservoirs） pollution is serious than that of surface water,and the sea water is good in general. The reason of the pollution contributes to the process of industrialization and urbanization Local Government has been seeking for the economic development while lacking of the awareness of water resources protection. To solve water pollution,we should carry out the new policy of industrialization and urbanization; strengthen water environmental protection to make great efforts to protect water resources.
