摘要
培养高技能人才必须立足于高效教学。要实现职业教育中的高效教学,通过教学实践总结,可以确定"以考促学"是一种有效的手段。"过程考核"、"问题考核"、"差生考核"、"咨询考核"等方法穿插使用,都能起到调动学生学习积极性,提高学生能力,促进学生思考问题的作用。
Cultivating high skill talents must be based on high efficient teaching. How to achieve high efficient teaching on vocational education, it is sure that promoting studying by tests is an effective means through the teaching practice. It can play an important role in improving the students＇ ability and diligent in thinking by the means of＂process test＂,＂question test＂,＂poor students test＂and“consulting test”.
