Integration and Coordination of Coastal Economic Development in Hebei Province from Smart Growth Angle

精明增长是兼顾经济、社会和环境综合发展的城市增长理念。根据《河北沿海地区发展规划》对"秦唐沧"沿海地区的定位和精明增长城市发展理论,河北沿海地区发展应该以健康、绿色、和谐的方式进行,实现可持续发展。为此应从调整产业结构和布局,建立和谐城市交通,合理规划、进行多层次多样化的住宅建设和保护生态环境等方面着手,促进河北省沿海城市进行协调发展,以提升河北省沿海城市的综合竞争力。

Smart growth is a balance of economic, social and environmental development of integrated urban growth concept. According to smart growth urban development theory, Hebei coastal development should be in healthy, green and harmonious manner, to achieve sustainable development. In order to promote coordinated development of the coastal cities of Hebei Province and enhance the overall coastal cities competitiveness, we should adjust the industrial structure and layout, build a harmonious urban transport, conduct a variety of multi - level residential building and protect the ecological environment.
