摘要
教师是高校重要的人力资源,在教育方面到了举足轻重的作用,对高校教师的管理和有效激励是稳定教师队伍的有力措施。从高校的激励现状出发,探讨了激励机制中存在的问题,最终得出完善我国高校教师激励机制的对策建议。
Teachers are important human resources of university, and it plays a very important part in higher education. The university teacher management and effective incentive is the effective measures to stabilize the teacher team. Based on the status of colleges and university encourage, this article discusses some problems in motivation of the teacher incentives and sums up how to complete the incentive mechanism of university teachers of China.
