高等职业教育的培养目标主要是使求学者获得某一特定职业或职业群所需的实际能力(包括技能和知识等),提供通向某一职业的道路。现代学徒制是近年提出的职业教育新理念,它是在传统学徒制的基础上发展而来的,在高校教育中引入现代学徒制,对提高大学生创业与实践能力具有重要意义。
