摘要
《管理学》是经管类专业的核心课程之一,作为一种偏向于应用型的理论学科它需要从不同类型的管理实践中抽象概括出具有普遍意义的管理思想、管理原理和管理方法,且与众多学科有着密切关系。管理学教学模式的优化重点在于以学生资源人为本的教育理念的革新,不仅依靠多元化的教学方式地突破,还在于教师意识及素质的提高,利用高效科学的教学方法来优化教学效果,紧扣培养应用型人才的教学目标,使学生在管理能力上得到培养与训练。
Management is one of the professional core course of administration. As a kind of preference for applied theory subject, it abstracts universal management thinking, management methods and management principle from different types of management practice, needs from the different types of management practice. It has close relationship with many other subjects. Optimization of the teaching mode of management is focused on the concept of peopleoriented education innovation in student resources, not only relying on diversified teaching methods to break through, but also lying in the consciousness of teachers to improve quality. Efficient and scientific teaching method is used to optimize the teaching effect, closely related to the teaching goal of cultivating applied talents, and to make the students get training on management ability and training.
