摘要
针对沁水盆地郑庄煤层气井田地质条件和开采状况差异性大,部分井田抽油泵经常性损坏,无法正常生产,本文介绍了适于煤层气井的专用智能排采技术。在郑庄ZH-47井进行适用性试验,已实现实时采集、识别、记录设备生产运行中多项参数,自动耦合生成最优工作制度,达到供采平衡和合理解析压力。试验结果表明,该智能排采技术自动调节性好、维护方便、综合运营成本低,在煤层气开发领域具有广泛的推广应用前景。
Due to the differences of geological conditions and mining conditions in Zhengzhuang CBM fields of Qinshui Basin, and part of the oil pums are frequently damaged and unable to maintain the normal production, the paper introduces the intelligent recovery technology applicable for CBM wells. Applicability tests were run in Zhengzhuang ZH -47well, the real-time collection, identification and recording of several parameters of the equipment during production and operation has been realized, as well as automatic coupling to generate the optimal working system, so as to balance the production and demand and reach the reasonable desorption pressure. Experimental results show that the intelligent recovery technology is capable of automatic adjustment, and easy to maintain with comprehensively low operating cost. It has widespread application prospects in CBM development.
