大倾角综放工作面飞矸防治措施与实践

该文根据王家山煤矿四号井急倾斜煤层走向长壁大倾角综放工作面采煤机在工作面上部割煤时,滚落的煤块沿工作面滚动甚至飞蹿出前溜,易造成飞矸伤人等问题,进行了解决方案的研究,总结出了在大倾角综采、综放工作面飞矸防治的具体办法,并创新设计应用了架间推拉式挡矸门、架前皮带挡矸帘,有效地防止了大倾角工作面飞矸伤人事故的发生,确保了安全生产。

In this paper, because the dip angle of steeply inclined seam fully mechanized top coal caving （mining） face arranging along coal strike is large in Wang Shan Coal Mine No. four shaft, which cause to hurt people by lfying waste that shearer coal mine in working face upper part, discussed the solution, according to the practice, and summarized the concrete measures for lfying waste prevention on the working face with large dip angle fully mechanized mining, , and innovated and designed push-pull type gangue blocking door between frame, gangue blocking curtain in front of frame, effectively prevented the lfying gangue wounding accident to occur in large dip angle working face, and ensured safety production.
