摘要
针对采区特大型垂直煤仓施工存在的高空作业、坠物伤人、坠井坠罐等不安全因素和劳动强度大、施工环节多等一系列难题,采用反井钻机施工溜矸、通风孔,再自上而下掘进,安装专用绞车提放人员、物料及安装锁口钢梁等多项措施,有效解决了上述难题,此施工技术安全、高效又经济合理,具有较高的推广价值。
In view of the existing of those unsafe factors of overhead working, high-altitude Falling, falling cage and the high labor intensity, many construction links and a series of problems in the construction of oversize vertical coal bunker of mining area, used multiple measures, such as constructing the hole for ventilation and waste stone exhaust by using raise-boring machine, then excavating from top to bottom, and installing a special winch to put personnel, material and install the lock mouth beam, effectively solved the above-mentioned problem, the construction technology is safe, efifcient and reasonable in economy, and has high value of popularization.
