摘要
以钠长石、高岭土、石英、石灰石等为主要原料制备透明裂纹釉,首先采用探索性实验确定初步基釉配方,再通过正交实验得到最佳配方。实验表明,其最佳配方是(wt.%)钠长石73.2、高岭土4.1、石英12.4、石灰石10.3;烧成制度为:由室温升温156 min到800℃,保温30 min,再升温98 min到1290℃,保温30 min,然后自然冷却;所得透明釉裂纹密集、纹理清晰、分布均匀,釉面平整光滑、透明度高,有较好的艺术效果。
The research used sodium feldspar, kaolin, quartz, limestone as the main raw materials for preparation of transparent crack glaze. First, exploratory experiments were conducted to determine the basic glaze recipe, and then the best recipe was obtained by orthogonal experiments. Experimental results show: the best formula by weight is 73.2% sodium feldspar, 4.1% kaolin, 12.4% quartz, and 10.3% limestone; the firing system is first heating up 156 min from room temperature to 800 ℃, holding for 30 rain, then heating again for 98 min up to 1290 ℃, holding for 30 min, and finally naturally cooling down; the obtained transparent crack glaze has clear, evenly and densely
