摘要
以硅胶及Sephdex LH-20凝胶柱层析,以及semi-PHPLC等层析分离技术,对中国南海扁小尖柳珊瑚Muricella sibogae Nutting的提取物进行分离纯化,分别利用NMR和MS等波谱方法分析所得化合物的结构,共分离鉴定出5个化合物,包括2个9,10-开环甾体9,10-Secoergosta-1,3,5(10),24(28)-tetraen-9-one(1)和9,10-Secostigmasta-1,3,5(10),24(28)-tetraen-9-one(2),2个甾酮类化合物dendronesterone C(3)和ergosta-1,4-dien-3-one(4),以及邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(5)。以上化合物均为首次从扁小尖柳珊瑚中分离得到。本研究为海洋天然药物的研究提供了基础实验依据。
The chemical constituents of the extract of the Gorgonian Muricella sibogae Nutting were isola-ted and purified by the methods of silica gel and Sephdex LH-20 gel column chromatography,and semi-PHPLC.The structures of the compounds were deduced by spectroscopic methods of MS and NMR re-spectively.Five compounds were obtained,including two 9,10-secosteroids,9,10-Secoergosta-1,3,5 (10),24(28)-tetraen-9-one (1)and 9,10-Secostigmasta-1,3,5(10),24(28)-tetraen-9-one (2), two sterone,dendronesterone C (3)and ergosta-1 ,4-dien-3-one (4),and octylphthalate (5).All the compounds were obtained from M.sibogae for the first time.The results could provide evidences for the research on marine pharmacology.
