摘要
为满足用户对轴承钢线材碳化物均匀性的较高要求,线带厂高线生产线通过挑选坯料,控制加热温度、加热时间和出钢温度,控制轧制温度和轧制形变量以及盘条在风冷线上的冷却速率,使得碳化物液析控制在0.5级以内,碳化物网状和带状控制在1.5级以内,提升了产品的内在质量。
Based on the clients' higher requirements for carbide uniformity of bearing steel wire rod, some measures have been taken at high speed wire rod production line such as selecting high-quality billet, controlling heating tempera- ture, heating time and tapping temperature, controlling roiling temperature and rolling shape variables as well as cooling rate on the air line of rod, which has made carbide liquid chromatography control within 0.5 magnitude, carbide network and ribbon control within 1 . 5 on the Richter scale and the quality of products has been improved.
