铁料大粒度矿分加烧结杯试验及分析

摘要 随着优质矿粉资源的不断减少,目前烧结使用铁料品质、粒度日趋不利于烧结生产,对烧结矿各项经济指标有所影响。为了能提高烧结矿的产量,降低因混匀料中粒度变化引起烧结过程的影响,利用烧结杯对其混匀料中大粒度矿进行分加试验,摸索出较为合理的加入方法。 With decrease of high quality mineral powder, the quality and particle size of iron bearing material are unfa- vorable to sintering production, which affects the economic indexes of sinter. In order to increase the yield of sinter and reduce the influence on sintering process due to size change in blending material. The tests on addition gradually of large size ore in blending material with sinter pot are done and a reasonable adding method has been found out.
