摘要
棒材厂一棒线一副跨行车轨道梁及轨道由于使用负荷增加、维护不到位等原因,造成行车轨道梁出现稳定性差,混凝土鱼腹梁上翼板半幅面开裂,行车轨道变形、弯曲和固定不牢等问题。通过分析制定出轨道梁加固、改变受力形式和对轨道更换、调整等整治方案,消除了一副跨行车运行安全隐患,减少了行车的故障率及运行消耗。
Increase of service loads and inefficient maintenance led to the problems such as poor stability of the crane track beam, cracking of the fitting surface of the concrete beam for tracks, deformation, curving and insecure fixation of the crane tracks etc. By causes analysis, a set of renovation scheme has been made to reinforce track beam and alter acting force, for crane track, to change and modify, which has eliminated the potential safety hazard and has reduced the failure rate as well as operation consumption after renovation.
