Analysis and Application on Dimensional Changes of Steel before and after Quenching

通过对中厚板卷厂热处理线调质钢板淬火前后、回火前后尺寸跟踪，研究大量测量数据，掌握各钢种调质前后尺寸伸缩变化规律，从而优化钢种坯料设计与钢板剪切余量控制，降低调质钢钢铁料消耗，提高钢板成材率。

By measuring dimensional changes of steel before and after quenching and tempering and studying measure- ment data, the change of steel quenched and tempered size can be known so as to optimize the design of billet and steel plate shear margin control ,which can reduce the consumption and increase rolling yield of the plate .
