摘要
新入职大学生是企业的新鲜血液,更是企业的未来之星,他们对企业的经营发展十分重要。本文针对新入职大学生的特点,运用人力资源管理的方法,结合当前钢铁行业的状况,分析了南钢新入职大学生离职的原因,并就企业如何能预防新入职大学生离职提出相关对策。
New graduates to occupation are fresh blood and future stars of the enterprise, which is very important to en- terprise development. The paper analyzes the reasons why they resign and puts forward to some countermeasures how to prevent them from resigning with the method of human resources management according to the characteristics of new graduates to occupation and the current situation of steel industry.
