学风是普通高等院校生存和发展的重要课题。加强普通高等院校的学风建设,可以从学风建设的两个载体入手。通过学生的职业生涯规划,指明学风建设前进的方向,帮助学生明确学习的目的和就业的方向,提高对就业的信心,保证学习的有序进行。再者通过学生活动,丰富学风建设的内涵,帮助学生明确学习内容,提高学生的综合素质。

The construction of study atmosphere is of importance to the survival and development of college .In order to im‐prove the atmosphere ,two carriers can be adopted .On one hand ,the directions of study can be indicated by plans of career in col‐lege years ,so that college students will ensure their aims of study and employment to build on their confidence .On the other hand ,the contents of enhancing academic atmosphere will be filled with various activities to improve their academic skills and some common skills which are used to adapt to the society .So that their comprehensive ability will be formed to finally intense the aca‐demic atmosphere .
