摘要
为了解大学新生体育认知和学校适应的状况及二者的关系,研究抽取贵州省1818名新入学大学生,使用中国大学生适应量表开展调查。结果发现,大多数学生对体育活动有较积极的认识,愿意参与体育运动。大学生对体育活动认知越高,体育参与意识越高,体育竞争意识越强,学校适应就越好。大学生体育认知与学校适应有积极的正向关系。
In hope to explore the relationship between sports cognition and school adjustment among college freshmen ,this paper adopts the CCSAS with a random sampling of 1818 newly enrolled students from Guizhou Province. The paper find that most of the students have positive awareness and willingness to participate in sports .It is also found that there exists a positive re‐lationship between college students’ sports cognition and school adjustment .To be specific ,the higher the perception of sports , the higher the consciousness of taking sports and sports competition and the better the school adjustment among college students .
