摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学模式在急诊外科临床教学中应用。方法:随机在急诊外科实习的学生中抽取80名分为两组,分别接受PBL教学和传统教学,实习结束进行考试和问卷调查。结果:考试成绩试验组明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示PBL组学生对急诊外科实习更感兴趣。结论:PBL模式能激发学生对急诊外科学习的兴趣,提升教学质量。
Objective:To discuss the application of PBL teaching mode in Emergency surgery clinical teaching. Method:80 clinical interns in the Emergency surgery were randomly selected and divided into two groups,they were respectively accepted the PBL instruction and the traditional teaching. At the end of the intership,interns accepted examination and questionnaire investigation. Result:The test scores of the PBL group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05);the survey results showed that the PBL group were more interested in emergency surgery. Conclusion:The PBL model not only can stimulate students interest in learning emergency surgery,but also can improve the teaching quality.
