The Statistical Analysis of the Use of Essential Medicines in Our In-patient Department in 2013

目的：通过对本院2013年住院部基本药物使用情况的统计分析，为基本药物的合理使用提供参考。方法：统计2013年本院住院部基本药物的使用数据。结果：2013年本院住院部基本药物使用比例在11%~14%范围内波动，占比例较大的为中药注射剂。结论：国家基本药物制度在本院住院部的执行尚可，但需注意使用品种的多样化，合理使用基本药物。

Objective：To analyze the use of essential medicines in our in-patient department in 2013. To provide a reference for rational use of essential medicines. Method：To count add up the data of medicines in our in-patient department in 2013. Result：The essential medicines use proportion was fluctuation between 11%-14%in in-patient department. A large proportion was traditional Chinese medicine injections. Conclusion：The implementation of National Essential Medicines is tolerableness in our hospital,but should pay attention to the use of diverse in varieties,rational use the essential medicines.
