Improving the Leading Cadres' Qualities in Rule of Law

提升领导干部的法治素养既是推进全面深化改革、建设社会主义法治国家、践行社会主义核心价值观的客观需要,也是各级领导干部健康成长的内在需求。一些领导干部的法治素养不容乐观,存在着法治信仰缺失、法治观念淡薄、法治能力不足等问题。提升领导干部的法治素养关键在加强法治教育、法治实践和制度机制建设。

To improve the leading cadres’qualities in rule of law is not only an objective requirement for deepe-ning the reform in an all - around way,building the socialist country under the rule of law,and practicing the so-cialist core value,but also an intrinsic demand for the healthy growth of leading cadres of all levels. At present, some leading cadres’qualities in rule of law are unoptimistic and face problems such as lack of the belief in rule of law,weak consciousness in rule of law,inadequate ability in rule of law,and so on. The key for improving leading cadres’qualities in rule of law is to strengthen the education on rule of law,the practice in rule of law, and the building of relevant institutions and mechanisms.
