本文主要从技术视角下分析计量器具是作弊违法现象高发主要是由于对计量器具的理解和认识滞后,技术评价重计量性能、轻防作弊要求和强制检定执行机构技术力量不足的原因所引起,针对这些原因,提出了相应加强计量器具是防止作弊违法的对策。

Articleabstract：This article, mainly from the technical perspective, analysis meter cheat illegal high-risk for measuring instruments mainly by understanding and awareness of the lag, the technical evaluation weight measuring performance, light anti-cheating requirements and compulsory verification actuators technical force caused by insufficient reason.
