摘要 目的解决过度包装造成的资源浪费、环境污染问题,符合当今包装设计发展的主流。方法采用薄壁化技术、包装结构优化设计、材料选配优化设计、材料选配轻量化、优化包装容器造形、推广集装化、包装设计元素和印刷工艺减量化等方法来研究减量化包装设计。结论减量化包装并非盲目减量,而是根据实际情况对商品进行适度的包装,是从专业、科学的角度去考量和操作,去除包装上不必要的功能和花哨的装潢修饰,在符合必要的包装功能前提下,创新性地采用较简约的减量化包装设计,适应当前循环经济、可持续发展的时代要求。 Objective To solve the waste of resources, environmental pollution problems caused by the excessive packaging, conform to the mainstream of packaging design development today.Methods Reduction packaging design was researched using thin wall technology, packaging structure optimization design, material selection optimization design, material selection lightweight, plastic container optimization modeling, the promotion of unitized, packaging design elements and printing process reduction. Conclusion Reduction packaging is not blind, but according to the actual situation to moderate packaging goods.From the angle of the professional, scientific considerations and operation, remove unnecessary features on the package and fancy decoration decoration.Under the premise that along with the necessary packaging function, a simple innovative quantitative packaging design is used to meet the times demand of the circular economy and sustainable development.
