摘要 针对路面不平度的检测,开发了一套基于加速度传感器和C8051F单片机路面不平度采集系统。该采集系统的硬件主要包括传感器模块、信号调理模决、单片机模块和蓝牙无线通信模块。加速度传感器检测行驶车辆的悬架垂直加速度信号,并通过信号调理模块调整模拟信号的电压范围。单片机则对传感器采集的信号进行模数转换并通过蓝牙传送给上位机。编写了基于C#环境下的上位机采集控制和数据处理软件。经过连续运行测试证明,系统运行稳定,具备良好的实时性和可靠性,可应用于路面不平度检测。 For the detection of pavement roughness,a pavement roughness acquisition system based on acceleration sensor and C8051 F is developed.The hardware of this system includes sensor module,signal conditioning module,microcontroller module and wireless communication module on Bluetooth.Firsdy the suspension vertical acceleration signal of traveling vehicles is detected by acceleration sensor,and the voltage range of the analog signal is adjusted by the conditioning module.Then,the adjusted sensor signal is converted from analog to digital and lastly transferred to the host computer via Bluetooth.For the host part,the software for acquisition controlling and data processing is programmed based on C#.Continuous operation test shows that the system is stable,has good real-time performance and reliability,and can be applied to pavement roughness testing.
