国家农业图书馆文献传递服务分析与发展对策

Analysis and Developing Strategy for Document Delivery of the National Agricultural Library

文献传递是图书馆为满足用户需求而采取的一种资源共建共享策略的基本途径。笔者简述了国家农业图书馆文献传递的现状,概括了国家农业图书馆文献传递工作的特点,分析了国家农业图书馆文献传递服务面临知识产权保护不断加强、文献获取途径日趋多元化的挑战,存在文献满足率不高、文献传递信息管理不完善、文献传递费用较高、宣传力度不够的问题,提出规避版权问题、开发农业领域特色文献和网络文献数据库、深入用户调查以合理定价、拓展文献来源渠道、建立文献传递数据归档系统、广泛开展宣传培训、提高工作人员的职业素质以尽力满足读者需求等建议和完善措施。

Document delivery is a basic way of resource sharing strategy to meet user needs. This paperdescribed the current situation of the National Agricultural Library document delivery, summarized thefeatures of document delivery in National Agricultural Library, analyzed the challenges, such as thestrengthening of intellectual property rights and the diversification of literature acquisition way, and theproblems, including low satisfaction rate of document delivery, imperfect document information management,high cost of document delivery and insufficient propaganda. This paper put forward some proposals anddevelopment countermeasures, for example, to avoid copyright issues, develop characteristic agriculturalliterature and network database, conduct user survey for reasonably pricing, expand the literature sources,establish document delivery data filing system, carry out wide range of propaganda and training, and improveprofessional quality of staffs to meet the needs of readers.
