Financial Management in Institutions of Higher Education

随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展与完善,以实现高等学校财务管理的法制化、规范化、科学化、制度化为目标,建立与社会主义市场经济相适应的财务管理制度,坚持依法理财,从严治财,强化财务监督,严肃财经纪律,加强对高等学校办学经费的筹集和使用的管理,充分发挥和提高教育经费的使用效益。

With the constant development and gradual perfection of socialist market economy, institutions of higher education need to establish the relative financial managing system, to insist on the legal and strict management of finance to strengthen financial inspection, and to rigorously enforce the financial and economic discipline. We also need to strengthen the management in raising college funds and make use of them to the greatest efficiency. Only in this way can we establish legal, formal, scientific and systematic institution of the financial management in institutes of higher education.
