摘要
为了明确野罂粟种子的萌发特性,研究了不同的温度条件以及不同浓度的KH2PO4、GA3、6-BA、PEG溶液浸种处理对野罂粟种子萌发的影响。结果表明,野罂粟种子萌发的最适温度为变温(25℃12 h,15℃12 h),发芽率为78%;0.10%-1.00%KH2PO4处理对野罂粟种子萌发都有促进作用,浓度为0.10%时最高,发芽率为94%;赤霉素对野罂粟种子萌发有促进作用,野罂粟种子在赤霉素浓度为200 mg·L^-1时最高,比对照提高了13%;不同浓度6-BA浸种对野罂粟种子萌发效果不太显著。在变温(25/15℃)、200 mg·L^-1赤霉素条件下,野罂粟种子发芽率可达99%。
In order to investigate germination characteristics of Papaver nudicaule seeds,this experiment studied the seed germination of Papaver nudicaule with different temperatures and concentrations of KH2PO4,GA3,6-BA,and PEG. The results showed that the best temperature was the variable temperature of 25℃ 12 h,15℃ 12 h,at which the germination rate reached78%. 0. 10%. 1. 00% KH2PO4 improved the germination rate of Papaver nudicaule seeds,among which 0. 1% KH2PO4 enhanced the seeds germination rate at 94%. GA3 could also improve the germination rate. compared with the control,200 mg·L^-1 GA3 increased the germination rate by 13%. The improving effect of different concentrations of 6-BA wasn't significant.The variable temperature from 25℃ to 15℃ combined with 200mg·L^-1 GA3 enhanced the germination rate of Papaver nudicaule reaching 99%.
