摘要
以金光菊"金色风暴"种子为试验材料,了解温度、光照以及赤霉素等外界条件对种子萌发的影响,以期找到提高种子萌芽率的有效方法,为其播种繁殖及育种工作提供理论依据。试验结果表明:金光菊"金色风暴"种子灰黑色,长圆形,种子无毛,稍有4棱,长约5-6 mm,顶端渐尖,种子千粒重(0.980±0.045)g;全光照处理、萌芽温度选择25℃有利于金光菊"金色风暴"种子萌芽,且幼苗长势较好,但全光照处理后根部发育较弱,200 mg·L^-1赤霉素浸泡处理24 h金光菊"金色风暴"种子萌芽率最高,达到65.3%。
In this study,seed germination of Rudbeckia fulgida 'Goldsturm' that influenced by temperature,illumination and GA3 was explored,in order to find an effective method for improving the germination rate of seeds and providing the scientific and theoretical basis for sowing and breeding. The results showed that: seeds of Rudbeckia fulgida 'Goldsturm ' were black brown and glossy. The seed coat with waxiness was stiffness and cornification. The weight of 1000 seeds was 0. 980 ± 0. 045 g.Light treatment and 20℃ treatment could benefit seed germination and growth,compared to other treatments. but the growth of roots was weaker by light treatment. The seed germination rate of Rudbeckia fulgida 'Goldsturm' treated with 200 mg·L^-1 GA3 for 24 h,was highest by soaking treatment,with the data of 65. 3%.
