Comrade Hu Jintao made a new refinery in the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China succinctly with 12 words of socialist core values. The value is proposed through state, the society and the individual with a deep and rich scientific content. Socialist core value is the fundamental demand of socialism with Chinese characteristics; it has a strategic meaning of enhancing the national cultural soft power; it is better able to lead social thoughts and embody the consensus of community. It possesses extremely high theoretie value and practical value. Therefore, we should seriously comprehend and practice the socialist core values, mobilize the entire party and society, to ensure the dominance of socialist core values.
