大一新生刚刚入学,由于对新环境不适应,容易出现失落、自卑、人际关系敏感、抑郁、人格障碍等心理问题。要帮助学生自己接受现实、认识自我,保持进取的心态;同时辅导员多与学生交流、沟通,建立新生心理健康档案,对心理问题做到早期发现和有效预防,构建预警机制。这样有助于新生尽快适应新的环境、愉快地学习,保障身心的健康发展。
